Prices and Conditions
- We always rent the house as a whole
- The price is independent of the number of people; a small add-on could be charged for a group of more than 12 people or a dog
- Space for 12 people, in 5 bedrooms +1 pull-out couch for 2 people in the seminar-room; space for additional 4 people at the “gallery” or on mattresses in the seminar-room;
- Ecobonus of 70,- €, if you bring your own beddings (bed sheet, pillow and mattress covers). Thank you!
- Self-service (bring your own food & drinks); catering just on demand
- Prices in €, include 10% VAT, final cleaning; in case of seminars the room and equipment is included; tourist fee: separate
- Payment by bank transfer after your stay
- Conditions for booking and cancellation (AGB/General Terms and Conditions)
Briefly: Up to 2 months before your stay you may cancel without any costs; beyond that date the full price has to be paid unless another client would rent the house. - Check-in from 10 am, check-out on last day until 4pm
